Recursion 2.0 is a hackathon being held by RGIT CESS and RGIT Codecell. It’s a 24 hour Hackathon, where all the teams will ideate to find suitable solutions for the problem statements they will be presented with. It is a sequel to Recursion 2020, which marked the first ever hackathon to be held in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology. The domains will be Machine learning, App development, Blockchain and Web development. The hackathon will serve as a fun challenge to all programmers who participate in it.
Hackathon is an event in which people (in teams) collaborate together to solve the given problem statement within the given time limit. Problem statements are based on the domain the team selects. The team uses their technical background and creativity to obtain a solution.
People participate in hackathons for lots of reason: the challenge, the creative outlet, the community collaboration, the networking, the swags...
This event is open to both participants and spectators from the community who want to cheer them on and see what the hackathon is all about.
This event is limited to those 18 and up for participants. Be prepared to show your college ID when you join.
Anyone is welcome to participate in this event. Even though experience of coding and programming is a huge plus, teams will also need people with strong presentation skills and brilliant ideas too.

Each team should consist of minimum two and maximum four members (including a team leader). The team members can belong to any institute or branch.
